You uploaded nothing. Bitesnip saw the videos appear and got to work.

Sources and destinations are not the same list. That is where the difference starts: elsewhere you upload, here the material arrives on its own.
You edit text, not frames
No timeline, no keyframes. You read the transcript and strike out what can go. Silences, "um" and half-finished sentences are already marked in red before you start — all you do is confirm them.
Transcript — 0:12 to 0:47
So what um what we're seeing here is basically just an entirely different way of thinking.
And that's you know exactly why it works.

The crop moves along
Face detection works out who is speaking and keeps them in frame. In a conversation between two people the framing switches along instead of sitting stubbornly in the middle. If nobody is in frame, it follows the motion.
One clip, all your channels
The same render goes to every account you want it on, with the right aspect ratio, loudness and metadata per platform. You set the times once; the queue sticks to them, including while you sleep.

Three steps, and then it runs
You set it up once. After that the work comes to you.
Follow
You pick a channel on YouTube or Twitch. Bitesnip notices by itself when something new appears there and pulls it in.
Cut
The transcript goes through the AI, which proposes moments and scores them. You approve or discard.
Publish
The queue posts your clips to your channels at the times you set. Per account, per category.
What happens to your clip along the way
Questions you probably have
Do I have to upload videos myself?
No. You connect a channel and Bitesnip notices by itself when something new appears there. Uploading works too, if there is something specific you want processed.
Does the AI decide what goes online?
No. It proposes moments, scores them and explains why. You approve. Nothing goes out without you having seen it.
Which platforms can I connect?
As a source: YouTube, Twitch, direct upload, Google Drive and podcast RSS. For publishing, YouTube Shorts works; TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn and X are prepared as adapters.
Can I monetise clips from someone else's videos?
That depends on the platform. YouTube expects you to add something substantial to reused material — commentary, context or editing. Bitesnip cuts and publishes; whether a clip is monetisable stays your responsibility.
When can I get in?
That isn't known yet. Right now Bitesnip is a tool I use for myself. The waiting list exists to gauge whether it is useful more broadly.
